What file type am I able to upload?
Our designer supports the following files:
- PNG
- JPG/JPEG
- SVG
- PSD
- AI
- ESP
How do I know the quality of my image is good enough for print?
When building your graphics you will see a grid at the top left, showing:
Optimal Resolution in Green >= 300dpi
Good Resolution in Orange >= 250 dpi
Bad Resolution in Red >= 1 dpi
If you see any of your graphics with an orange box around them, that means the quality is "okay", and may have some pixelation when printing.
If you see any of your graphics with a red box around them, that means your graphic quality is too low for print
How do I know what size my graphics will print?
The files will print out exactly at the size you designed them in the designer.
