1. Preheat the heat press to 300°F.
2. Position your design on your garment.
3. Press with medium to firm pressure for 10 - 15 seconds when transferring (topping with parchment paper is a choice).
4. Depending on the transfer film type, peel cool or warm.
5. Slowly peel the transfer from the corner, making sure the design has adhered to the garment.

Standard - Peel warm
Glitter - Peel cool
Gold - Peel cool
Silver - Peel cool
Reflective - Peel cool

5. Final press, place your parchment paper over your design and press again for 10 - 15 seconds.
